The Balboa Park grounds are open 24 hours a day, the Visitors Center is open 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. daily, and museum hours vary depending on each one.
Entry to the park grounds, Botanical building, outdoor gardens and some of the other attractions is free, while other of the cultural attractions do have an entrance fee. A daily pass is offered, or other multiple day passes are also offered.
